Not a one would fit into any remote category that a person now would consider to be 'blue zone' or even really very healthy. One of them did eat a lot of whole grains and was health conscious and kept her weight down for sure, and walked a lot (but also enjoyed a lot of cocktails). The other two had fewer cocktails but hardcore midwestern diet.

Does eating sweetened condensed milk directly from the can count as a processed food?
