In LA I'd move to Agoura Hills any day. It's quieter and not so far from Malibu. And for that price you get a gorgeous house, not a dumb studio!

If I had the money I would 100% buy this as a weekend beach retreat. I don't want a large space, just a fantastic view and relaxing environment.

I would assume it's a young person's weekend pad

Well hey, you can go cheaper and farther from the ocean for a cool $4.9M in Malibu. Don't think you'll get nicer interior though.
