I’d wear it year round. With white in the summer and gray or black the rest of the year. I have a similar top that actually looks good w/ wide legged navy pants or I’ve worn it w/ jeans and a navy moto jacket. I think you’ll actually wear it a ton
Tibi makes some drawstring skirts - it would look good w/ the blue one

I second the white jeans, lucite earrings, maybe a slouchy linen cardigan and some expensive sneakers- I think it looks more modern when you’re older to do the high/low thing with dressy separates. Black pants and metallic/sequin/flashy top is too matronly Xmas office party wear.

I would wear this with my black lace skirt for a New Year’s party.

Could also do white wide leg pants/jeans with white sneakers

Navy wide leg/trouser cut denim and a chunky gray cardigan. Black pumps and black bag.

I also love it. Black pants of any sort and a white blazer.

If you are going out, maybe a black leather clutch. If for during the day, black leather crossbody.
Something with silver hardware would work better than brass/gold.

Oooooh, I love it! And I love a lot of the suggestions you're getting. I'm boring and I would have said slim black pants. But I think wide legs could work.
