It does not make sense to recommend FL location if you are in MD due to added cost of airflight.
Can be anywhere. I don’t care that much about the flight, more just an airbnb with a pool onsite (house or condo).
There are many in the area. Your cheapest will likely be PG County (near National Harbor). There are quite a few houses that way that are listed on ABNB and include a pool.
