All olive oil has polyphenols. Get an authentic brand ( https://www.aboutoliveoil.org/qualityseal.html ) and just take multiple tablespoons. "High polyphenols" means above 250 ppm, so you can do the math to calculate polyphenols per dollar

multiple tablespoons of olive oil - what, daily? that's insane dietary advice!

I mean there have been huge studies done showing the long term benefits of high olive oil consumption on heart health, brain health, and inflammation. It does help with constipation though, you are correct.

This is an erroneous assertion poster.

There are long term benefits associated with consuming olive oil over other oils especially seed oils - but not associated with 'high' olive oil consumption. Olive oil is very calorically dense and should be consumed in moderation. There are far more studies showing a benefit to reducing or eliminating oil consumption entirely, but most people can't achieve that lifestyle so in the alternative, minimal amounts of very high quality unadulterated evoo is better than other oils in the diet.

Drinking olive oil is not going to lubricate your joints. My ex knee doctor has a pa who is a rude, spoiled, and very dumb blonde who explained to me that I needed to take fish oil as it lubricates the knee joint. Can you go to college and be this dumb.
fish oil is good for joints. She's right.

No, there aren't. You are misinterpreting studies done on the Mediterranean diet.
