I think some of you are ignoring a major reason why people reacted the way they did. They didn’t line up to stone the beautiful adulteress as one PP said just because she cheated with someone else’s partner. She was close friends with his partner, someone who had befriended her, defended her to other cast mates. She had insinuated herself into this woman’s life, asking her personal questions about their relationship and fishing for information about their sex life, their fights, etc. As much as people were turned off by the affair itself, they were equally repulsed at how she treated Ariana.
A question about the legal part, though. Since Ariana sent it only to herself and not to any other people or web sites, does that meet the legal definition of dissemination?

She apparently did NOT give consent to be recorded during a sex act, and she most certainly did NOT give consent for that video to be disseminated. Do you get consent? Seeing that Leviss was having none of it, however, Sandoval ultimately offered a reluctant admission and sheepish apology.” Leviss alleges Sandoval was “clearly rattled” by the exchange and successfully buried the exchange by threatening to cease all filming for the show unless he was given editing rights to the scene. “The scene was selectively edited to omit any mention of Sandoval’s illicit recording or Leviss’ lack of consent,” the lawsuit states.

I think you’ll find that you’re horribly wrong. What she did isn’t wrong by any definition of the law. What they did is very wrong by every definition of the law. I assume she can’t sue Andy and Bravo contractually, but hopefully she sues every one of the others. I watched with shock how the country lined up to metaphorically “stone” the beautiful “adulteress”. Take this behavior back to the backwater it belongs.
