I love the idea of a good chowder and crusty bread with Irish butter.

I’m making lamb for Easter so I probably won’t do that this year, but that’s a great idea as well. Thanks for the inspiration, I always blank on this for some reason.

My parents always served corned beef and boiled cabbage, carrots, and potatoes. It was okay but just not worth the effort every year.
