1. If you want a divorce speak with an attorney in your state first.
2. They will tell you what steps to take next.
3. Do not move out or ask your spouse to move out. Cheating does not automatically give you the right to stay in the residence and force the other spouse out.

It matters which STD it is because herpes is a divorce petition with negligence and civil assault leveraged in, but HIV can be a criminal charge if spouse knew or should have known. That’s why OP needs a lawyer.

To give you some perspective OP, I ended up divorcing because my ex was bringing in people left and right and abusing finances as well and I've had to move to a 2 bedroom apartment to keep our finances in check. Growing up my friend's dad lived in the basement so that they could keep their daughter in the same school system. That's how it was done a generation ago.
