The county was talking about putting data centers right next to this neighborhood. I'm not sure if they approved the application, but I would definitely look in this before buying here.

I really like that entire geographical area of Ashburn. Lots of really nice shopping etc, good schools, lots of trees, local traffic is easy. You have good access to the toll road and 28. Other nice neighborhoods really near Belmont I would also look into are Lansdowne (which technically is Leesburg but basically just across rt 7 from Belmont), Ashburn Farm, and Broadlands.
