If she plans to stay in NY - Binghamton is a great deal. But, it does not have a national reputation.

Michigan is she strongest of the schools listed.

Is FLA even good for her major? I didn't think they had a strong reputation in that regard.


Of the schools listed it’s similarly ranked besides Michigan.

The reality is every top 50 school in CS is excellent.

Honors programs are often better at many campuses so I would cross Michigan off. Priority for dorms, classes, better opportunities to work with professors.

+1 My high stats daughter chose Binghamton OOS over some “fancier” options and hasn’t ever regretted her decision.
