Kinda the same. I walk my dog 3 - 4 times a day and walk the kid to and from school. Then I run on the weekends and I throw in a yoga class here and there. I also like to do a solidcore class every now and then. I started back to work so I don't have the flexibility I used to, but I'm using zepbound more to establish normal eating habits, and that's been the godsend.
