I like ours. I would never consider it small. It drives well and does the job.

I hate ours. The back seat and truck are small. The touch pad thing to operate music/gps is the worst.

Because the Acura RDX IS a Honda CR-V.

Same vehicle. Cosmetic differences and trim levels aside, it’s the exact same car.

The engines are very different. Significantly better fuel economy in the CRV.

RDX is small. Decent if you are looking for trunk space but it’s not an SUV for transporting bigger items. Cute care but too tiny.

I am the pp - if you are doing a family of 4 trip to the beach maybe, if you do not pack too much.

If you have a pet other than a gerbil or something it would be a tight fit.

My brother can afford any car under the sun. And he has owned a number of them, including ridiculously over-priced Mercedes and BMW's. An empty nester, he just bought an A spec RDX and is very pleased with it. It is indeed 60k so not cheap, and not many buyer are as price insensitive as my brother.

We don't often use the third row for passengers either, but how do you take four people on a vacation with only the cargo space in an RDX/CRV? We need to fold the third row to have the cargo space we need and still be able to see out the back and sides comfortably.

Not OP, but since all kids will be out of the house in 2 years I don't picture many family vacations in the future.

Well that's sad.

I find the seats in the Acura RDX more comfortable though!
