I am guessing you do not use cosmetics OP. There are many facial powders both for coverage like foundation and translucent powders to create a matte finish. They are not baby powder at all. That would leave a white cast!

You can find many options in the cosmetics aisle of Target, CVS, or Walgreens. No need for fancy Asian imports or Sephora options.

There are lots of pressed powders that range from inexpensive to $$$ and some are minimal and others are hydrating or clarifying or mineral/sunscreen etc.

Because most of those stuff are makeup? That not necessarily good for tween skins? They aren’t made for tween.

Looking for sth clean and clear for skin that’s all.

Maybe what you're looking for is something for sensitive skin or something with organic products? If so, there are a lot of those as well. I think that you are assuming that "baby" powder is gentle because it's for babies, but you are misunderstanding the labeling. Just because something is labeled as being for babies does not mean that it's gentle or good for young people.
