It does make it difficult to read the site and, at some point, has the effect that I just move on and do something else.
You also have to hit "return" or "go" (whatever the the button says). That should cause the overlay to load. Several other posters have reported these ads so they should be removed soon.
Also, I think you can avoid these ads simply by using your device in portrait mode.

and hit return. An overlay should appear that says "report" over each ad. If these ads have the option to report them, please do so. Otherwise, try to take a screenshot.
I can only pass these complaints on to our ad partner and I know that this is not enough information for them to work with.
I tried this when it happened on the forum index page and just got a 404 error instead. But maybe I did it incorrectly? I am not on a ipad, but a laptop.
Mac or PC and what browser? I know the "#audit" thing doesn't work with Safari on a Mac. It works with Chrome on both OSs. I don't know about Firefox.
Edit: I just read back and saw you are using a Lenovo and Chrome. It "#audit" should work on that combination.

It happened again, and I was able to report.

Thanks. Reporting with the #audit tool is the best response. That is very helpful.
