I feel the same way. I will be sad when they break-up but I would never tell him that!

My 19 year old hasn’t dated either. I worry when he finally does, it’ll be challenging since he’s had no relationship practice.

Yes this is a strange question. Both my teens starting “dating” around 13/14. Beginning it was just the phone and in high school now it’s dates and more serious bf/gf

If your 17.5yr old son hangs with a pack of hetero boys than they are prob hooking up with girls a lot but never dating

A lot of teens have sex outside of relationships. That seems more common lately, so I guess I rather my teens practice real relationships and communication more than one night stands.

Most 16yr old boys and girls are dating. Maybe not always as a couple, but they are dating, hooking up, etc…

My 16 yo son is definitely not dating and never mentions any girls, although I’m not sure he’d tell us if he were talking to any. He talks about computers, sports, cars, sports cars…

My 13 yo daughter talks about one single boy every single day and is constantly talking about the upcoming middle school dance. I’m sure she will date before her big brother.

He has to shoot his shot. Put himself out there. He will probably be a genuine good boyfriend too.

My 17 year old Junior hasn’t dated. He’s gone on one-off dates, but never had a girlfriend. His friends all have, I think. He’s tall, funny, a varsity athlete, has lots of friends. But not much of a ladies man, apparently. He has never mentioned being sad about it, but I know he likes girls and would like to have a girlfriend.

My 16 year old sophomore is dating a girl he met at his lifeguard job last summer. They went to homecoming and have been together since. They mostly watch movies on weekends and walk our dog together weeknights. Occasionally go out to dinner or an activity.
