For champs meets parents aren’t allowed to judge the gender group their child competes on

In swimming the officials are all parents too. I’ve had to DQ my own kid as well as many of my friends’ kids. It is what it is in summer league.

There is OBVIOUSLY an inherent conflict of interest. But if that's how it works, it's hard to change.
