In my case (45) parents, in-laws, aunts, uncles, also those of DH, are still alive. All 80 and above. They are just now starting to decline, so I guess we need to brace ourselves for the first losses...
I’m one of the PPs whose dad died when he was 44 and I was 16. He had undiagnosed celiac disease before it was a disease people were aware of. That led to cancer and he died of internal bleeding. From diagnosis to death was like 3 months.
