BUT.... Everyone looks different in different pics and lighting. Everyone looks wider in some pics and slimmer in others. Even if you get it "fixed" you're still going to look different in different pics. My new nose isn't perfect in every picture. I can critique every picture I take thinking "my nose looks great but my teeth look weird" or whatever, but I cont keep finding things to "fix" just because a picture looks weird.
Step away from Instagram and tik tok. Stop worrying about pictures. Post pictures where your personality shines, and work on your self confidence. Your are more beautiful than you realize.
Same. I actually got a nose job when I was 18 and it made a dramatic difference in how my face looks. I started getting more compliments and attention from men as soon as I left the house. If there is a problem, plastic surgeons can sometimes fix things really well.
However, something about your post feels like your issues are more internal. You are obsessing and assuming that all your problems will be solved by this surgery. If feels like you will never actually be satisfied. What if you do these surgeries and your life doesn't change in any way?
I said I would do it for confidence. Of course I research everything and everyone thoroughly before I jump into anything. Reason number one why I would never be doing fillers or have a nose job filler

Smile is fine. Currently in braces.
Of course you are.

My chin is small and symmetrical to my face. I don't have a large nose at all. It's small. I have never had any type of fillers or any surgery done in the past so these are small things that have been bothering me. I know the younger generations are more obsessed with their looks especially if they're on socials. This is nothing about dysmorphia. I think some tweaks here and there would make me FEEL more confident and happier.
