If you're sick of beans you could freeze them and bring them out next week for more beans or dump into a chili recipe.

I'd just eat them for breakfast all week.

you can also freeze them.

Agree. I will cook up a bag and freeze the cooked beans and use them on demand like bags of frozen green peas.

This was the original recipe: https://www.pressurecookrecipes.com/instant-pot-black-beans/

And yesterday they were served with rice, guac, chips, cheese, salsa but a friend brought over lots of pizza so not as much was eaten as anticipated. Want to avoid dairy because everyone ate a lot yesterday.

You can of course freeze and use them later.

Beans and rice?

I'd suggest my son's favorite soup (no precise recipe, but like a chowder made with canned whole kernel and creamed corn, chicken stock, onions, garlic, whatever peppers I have, ground chile, cumin, grated cheese, sour cream or plain yogurt, and black beans--all started when I accidentally had some cans of creamed corn)
