If I didn't know who she was, I'd objectively look at her and say "she's gorgeous." She doesn't look like herself. But I think she looks great.

The weight loss probably wasn't kind to her face so fillers, jawline stuff and a lot of it. She does look better smiling I just don't think she looks better skinnier.
