Drugs don't develop the mindset and habits either.
The way I read these people's comments is that WW is successful for them - it's when they are NOT DOING WW that they gain weight. Just like any other diet or even a non-diet of just eating properly. When people stop eating properly, they gain weight. The program (eating properly) works. Choosing to go off the program does not.
