It's an issue about getting used to a weird system. If Musk had designed it normally instead of trying to be cute, there wouldn't be an issue.

Things change. The first cars to have battery powered fobs instead of keys were also “weird” but we adjusted and they became the new normal. The first cars to have power windows were “weird” because you couldn’t roll down the windows without the car being on, but we adjusted and they became the new normal. You are definitely on your way to becoming grandma who has “12:00” flashing on the vcr.

Had a 2023 Model X rental for the last two weeks and freakin' loved it. Next car purchase for sure.

Teslas have brakes! Those are expensive. We're on our 3rd Tesla.

Yeah, like my new Honda didn't get recalled. The part that they need to fix the problem, won't come in til August. I have had to take it in 6 times in 5 years and all this with under $17k miles on it only.
I was told I can't park under the trees. Then battery died and I forgot the other issues...
