It's tricky - it's like a new drug every time you take it, whether or not you are titrating up. I have been on these meds for about 16 weeks, and I still do not know how my body is going to react to the next shot. Zofran is great and helps with nausea. You will come up with a protocol that works for you.
Follow the advice others have posted. Take the shot out of the fridge and let it warm to room temp for a couple of hours. Eat sensibly and take the shot when you are not too heavy and not too light. A Fairlife shake is a good layer for me.
I like to take it at night, with plenty of zofran and pepcid AC nearby in case I need it.
If you want to be thin for life, don’t drink your calories. Don’t drink junk made in a factory. Don’t eat sugar. Have some unsweetened yogurt or milk. Use this opportunity to clean up your diet. Eat Whole Foods in small quantities. Protein and veg.

Didn’t have a doctor or pharmacist to ask these questions?
