I looked into glass backsplash/splash back.
You can custom order tempered glass and have it digitally printed - it’s quite reasonable

I was gonna say do it in an antique mirror finish so if it gets greasy and old looking it would seem intentional but seems like you are going for a modern look so that won’t work. I say seems but only read the first two replies. Anyway have you looked into “splashbacks”? Put that in Google and search images. Popular throughout the commonwealth countries. People use them to get brilliant modern photos or scenes in bathrooms and kitchens. They look like acrylic but are glass I believe. I want one so bad but can’t find any installers in America/DC.
