What school is this?
It’s parents coming from Virginia to drop their kids off at the private Catholic schools - visitation, Saint Ann’s, plus work is trying to get to their jobs at Georgetown University & the hospital

This is why you see men in fancy business suits jumping the metro fare gates. When something isn’t against the law (or you don’t enforce the law) society falls apart.
I took the metro for the first time in a long time today, and wondered why I should pay the fare.
