The irony. You should seriously question your parenting skills for making that statement.

Curious why you think that. Imo it's a matter of faith and not something you force someone to have. I have had/not had faith despite growing up fairly religious.

Around age 8 or 9, I guess. We have always talked about religion in a "some people believe ____ and some people believe something else" way as far as who or what God is (a person or persons, an idea, nothing) and if Bible stories are actual recordings of historical events or stories written over time to teach people things. Our family includes people of different religious backgrounds and different beliefs and practices, and no one is "right."
