I tried Caroline Girvan but it wasn't for me.

Ugh, enough with the Peloton (and I myself am a Peloton subscriber).

So much free content online. You do not need to pay for this.

The following are all available on youtube, and you can subscribe to their channels (for free!)
- Courtney Anderson
- Heather Robertson
- Juice and Toya
- Growingananas
- Fitnesskaykay
- Caroline Girvan is great but pretty intense for a beginner

Peloton app and follow the group “hardcore on the floor” on Facebook or Instagram. She posts a monthly calendar with daily peloton strength that takes the guess work out of creating a full body strength training. I love it and the community is super supportive. Peloton also has great training under their programs.

My two favorites are Caroline Garving and Nourish Move Love. Both have free programs.

I’m no fitness expert, but I recommend YouTube too. They have teaching videos on all kinds of physical activity - yoga, aerobics, martial arts, dance, strength training, etc. Basically, anything anyone can do, someone is most likely doing on YouTube, and it’s free.

CorePower is great, they have classes for different levels of fitness and experience. I’ve been doing it religiously since the pandemic started and my gym shut down - I’m 50 and in the best shape of my life.

Agree. I have worked out consistently for 3 years now using it. I also liked the SWEAT app and Alexa Clark’s app.

I have really liked Barre3's online classes.

Though I'm intrigued by some of the free options people have mentioned. Tempted to try one if those and mix in some more in person classes.
