I swear by Prevagen. And I do not work for them. It works.

I started experiencing this around forty-five.

And I still do though it is not constantly progressing thank goodness.

I attribute it to perimenopause/long-term effects of Covid/medication/aging/etc.

This happens to me. I’m not worried.
