Delish!

It would only be delish if it was the white chocolate macadamia nut cookie. Sadly it is not.

That's my life. It's lovely. I was about to go to my 15-hour a week job and they texted me to stay home.
Back in my robe drinking freshly squeezed oj. Going to gym before picking up my kids and dropping them off to my sister in VA.
I put being free from full time job, getting lots of me time, and taking life easy way before money. So far so good.

I took a step back in January. I get into bed every night at 9pm and I read. It's been really helpful and I like the different pace. I get very depressed when the holidays are over and January is so gloomy. January is dark, alcohol free, diet and just depressing.

When I've felt broken down and in need of couch rest, everyone seems to show up at my door or calls needing me for something

You could go out and get the new Double Big-Mac (tm) instead of just staying home. Can’t wait to try this!

There is large group of people who won't get this.

Sadly, I agree.

Develop a habit and routine of walking each day.

Find another parent with whom you can commiserate while walking.

I walk my dog every day. It’s so nice to finally relax at the end of the day.

LOL. Cinnamon toast crunch is a gift from heaven. I can't eat it anymore and I wish I had eaten more back when I could!

I also love Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Why can’t you eat it anymore?

I developed a major gluten intolerance. TBH I miss cinnamon toast crunch (and rice crispies) more than pasta or bread.

It's not the same, but it's a good substitute, gluten free and filled with protein -

Not sure, but I do it a lot now as a divorced mom of older teens and college kid.

I feel happier and healthier than I have pretty much ever.
