Sunglasses always (no crows feet)

Mister at night in bedroom and office to up humidity in winter.

Lipsticks with a little shine.

Luminous blush and finishing powders. Hourglass, the light luminous finishing powders.

Bana.

Your car glass/windows protect you from U V rays.

No. Not always and not enough. But you rely on that and admire your age spotted hands in a few years.

How do I improve poise?

Work on your posture. Listen twice as much as you speak. Choose your words carefully. Smile.

Would you also give this advice to a man?

If he was interested in improving his poise, yes.

Interesting. I don’t think men are rewarded for smiling or listening—this advice seems highly gendered to me.

+1. I also don't think a smile makes someone more beautiful. More approachable, but not more beautiful.

Secondary but still up there are tretinoin, painted nails, and clothes and undergarments that fit well.

Assuming that when you said “protection” you meant sun protection and not condoms. Sunscreen is the most important skincare product out there.

Well, condom also protect your skin by saving you from physical, mental and financial stress so don't take them for granted.

Sunscreen
Cleansing and moisturizing before bed
Good sleep
Good dental care... always floss
Exercise

The above is what you can control. The rest is genes.
