It stands for "bisexual people of color"

Wow, the Ward-ism. Why aren't the folks without snow plows calling their rep and their Mayor, just like I do in Ward 3 with the many things that go underserved / addressed all the time?

I'm not sure why this is any wards fault. The only thing our city does well is writing tickets--not always collecting them if you are not a District resident. OP--call the rep you voted for and complain. You have a computer--look up DC City Council. Call them all, and the Mayor. It's going to snow again. You deserve plows. All wards do.

A ridiculous term that is inaccurate and should be ignored.

Yet again, DC fails the people with the least resources. I was delivering meals to seniors this afternoon on Clay Terrace and Division Ave NE and these streets haven’t seen a single plow. It’s shameful.

The word you're looking for is "black." Say it with me: "B-L-A-C-K."

They should call their pathetic council members.

Ward 3 will trade you the snowplows you need every three years for free pre-k 3 you need every day. Deal?

Ward 3 is sooo underserved. Go to PK3 in a different Ward. It’s not that big of a deal.

What an environmentally sustainable suggestion. Isn't "DC urban vibrancy" supposed to be all about saving the planet?

They're worried about plowjacking.

Residents need to participate on snow removal too. Not everyone in DC does that

EOTR is a lot less dense, so there are not as many commercial and large apartment buildings responsible for clearing the sidewalk on their properties. Does DC actually clear any sidewalks, aside from government properties (schools, parks, etc)?

EOTR property owners should really be clearing their sidewalks. Usually it’s the absent landlords who don’t do their job.
