Agree with the Shark. I bought mine at Sam's club. It was on sale for around $110, so I bought two. I have one on the first floor and one on the second floor and I don't have to drag it up and down the stairs anymore. So worth it. And FYI, they are over 2 years old and doing fine (but we don't have pets).

I’ve had a Shark Navigator for 5+ years and it still works great. I’m going to demote it to my basement because we moved from a split level with short stairs my kids could manage to two staircases with landings and it’s too much for them to manage the vacuum up and down (I have them help clean the family room area). I’ll buy another Shark.

Bought the Shark Navigator on a Wirecutter recommendation during COVID - love it!

We have 2 shark vacuums that have the rechargeable battery. Bought them back in 2019. Still work perfectly fine. Just have to clean them every 6 months, but besides that, no issues. Worth the price.
