Not OP but there’s a house like this on our street—we see them out all summer doing yard work, other strenuous activities, playing with kids, but come winter they only shovel the strip to back their SUV out of the driveway.
Their elderly neighbors get out and shovel but these folks are just entitled.
Reported them last winter after I fell walking the dog (no sidewalk on the other side of the street) and code enforcement ticketed them.
