And yes, my daughter thinks fart/butt jokes are hilarious.

I have two girls. They think “toots” are hilarious. They like being chased and when DH holds them upside down in the air. I wouldn’t be okay with rough play that could hurt someone, though.

I don't allow my boys to behave or talk like that. Try parenting.

"Girls" are not a monolith.

I have two DD (9 and 6) and one DS (6, a twin). The girls are far more into potty humor. The older DD is also way more into roughhousing.

No. My dd is not physical like her 3 brothers at all.

Fart jokes but no rough play for my girl

Yes, my quiet girl loves wrestling and tumbling. It’s completely developmentally appropriate.

11 DD was never into rough play (though is surprisingly physical on the soccer field). 7 yr old DD loves fart jokes and has never met a sofa she doesn’t want to climb on or dive off. She told us recently she wishes she could kick more things without getting in trouble so we’re considering martial arts.

Mine has never had a potty mouth but does enjoy rough play, wrestling, running around etc. she’s 11 now and always been like this.

My girls are not anywhere close to as much into it as my boys are.

My MS girl thinks farts are hilarious and rough houses with her dad a fair amount.

My 7 and 4 year old DD love rough play.
