Then you’re doing it wrong. Mine are absolutely roasted. 425* oven, toss in a little olive oil, salt & pepper, garlic if you like it, and roast until it’s done how you like it. I take the pan out and toss it around about half way through. Make sure you don’t pile too much on the pan.
