I made that miso salmon from the NYT a few days ago and loved it!
Also, miso is great in salad dressings. google it

I made the salmon recipe and liked it. Not a home run but a good change.


I’m the OP. Made the salmon last night and I loved it. The kids gave it a 6 and 7/10 so I’ll take that as a win.
