I’m not an outdoorsy person but I totally get where OP is coming from. Riding a bike on a trail is a completely different experience than riding a bike in a gym or at home, regardless of how engaging a spin instructor might be.
OP, depending on where you live you may have to reserve hikes for the weekend. If you’re in DC Rock Creek Park is hilly Af.
Have you tried any sports? Pickle ball, tennis, golf (no cart and carry clubs)? How about swimming? It’s also boring but there’s the excitement of possibly drowning I guess
