I’d hire OP.

I don’t mind people who rarely drink coffee. But people who will risk others lives in their strange compulsion I hate
Imagine if he was your surgeon, ambulance driver etc and just wanted a nap when he was tired or drive off road into tree
My case I got a ride home at 4 am from a driver who actually told me he just ate a diner between pick ups. I was in back seat and in a turn he dozed for a second and plowed us right into a tree at 60 mph
He actually told police he fell asleep since he was up since 7 am and I was last ride. He told cop he does not drink coffee even had a glass of milk with his breakfast on his break at a diner before my pick up. Guy was in a diner with endless coffee and drinks milk with his pancakes.
I assume there are mental issues with the strict non coffee drinkers. Not liking coffee or not drinking it is one thing. But to put others lives at risk is a compulsion.
And ice tea barely has caffeine.

Cool story.
