I have similar hair and what has worked amazingly for many years is:

Paul Mitchell Awapuhi shampoo
Biolage Hydra Source Conditioning balm

I used to use the conditioning balm only on my ends and up into the hair to about the ear - but in recent years my hair has gotten dryer and I use it throughout my hair almost but not quite up to the scalp.

These products are more expensive, but last forever - I've bought cheaper drug store brands periodically and have to use a lot more product, and run out a lot faster, so I really don't think the nicer products cost that much more per use.
