Yes and not covid or flu. It caused two ear infections and bronchitis from the congestion. I’m going on a month now

Similar but on 3 weeks. No covid. stuffy nose, post nasal drip, fatigue; that's it. not even sick enough to stay home from work.

OP, have you been checked for pneumonia?

OP here. Nothing like that for me, just run of the mill cold symptoms. I don’t even have a cough.

There’s a new adeno type virus that lasts 3-4 weeks. I found out about it after 10 days with a fever. Plus, steroids and breathing treatments

Yes, had it for about 4 weeks. Started slow and never really had a fever, but did have some night sweats. Mainly cough, sneeze and heavy congestion for 2.5 weeks. Still cough a little, but longest illness I've had. I had the new covid shot and flu shot in late October, and never tested positive for Covid.

Sick and then relapse could be two separate illnesses. Could also be pneumonia. If you aren't better soon, you may want to see if your doctor can order a chest xray.

I had something similar last February. Like ALL of February. The only good thing was that I spent almost no money that month because I had no appetite and didn't go anywhere except urgent care. I was sure it was a sinus infection or ear infection or strep or SOMETHING but nothing ever tested positive and it did get better without antibiotics. They gave me steroids and tussin pearls for the cough...not sure if they helped but even a placebo effect is something. My hypothesis is that it was adenovirus. The biggest negative is that coughing for a month messed up my pelvic floor. I'm trying to get a referral now for PT. Hope you feel better soon, OP and others!

Yup, I've had a dry cough and intermittent congestion since my initial infection the first week of December. Hope it goes away soon - it's so aggravating. Negative for COVID. Glad to know I'm not alone. Hope all feel better soon.
