I'll wake up at 6am per my routine no matter what, but that first morning nap is amazing. Yes, welcome to old age!

9-12 hrs of gloriously uninterrupted sleep would be amazing. Similar to a prior poster, I've always needed more so this less than that I currently get absolutely destroys me.

Dh and DS go away for a week every year and I've noticed I usually sleep 9ish hours thr first couple nights and then I naturally go back to my normal 6-7 hrs.
