Includes chunks of sautéed chicken (thighs or breasts), red and green sweet peppers, onions and garlic in a tomato sauce layered with rigatoni, mozzarella and bechamel. It’s my own take on “chicken doggies” from central NY state in a baked version. I use sweet peppers instead of hot but you could do hot.

Thanks! Meat sauce sounds like a great idea - I will do that instead of adding chicken.
