The house is under contract.

Disagree! I’m also a BW dweller and know one of the neighbors on that street is a problem.

Subjective? Possible that neighbor thinks you are a problem.
Anyway, there is no perfect neighborhood.

I noticed on the listing that the school system seems to be fantastic, so that's a major plus, right?

High school 10/10
Middle 10/10
Elementary 9/10

That would be a big factor in my decision when spending that kind of money.

FWIW, this house is on a lovely block with friendly folks. (Not the seller, agent, or a direct neighbor. Just a Barnaby Woods dweller.)

Agree! It is one of the reasons we looked in other areas because the homes are typically smaller and don’t have more than 4 - 5 bedrooms.

4 up, 2 in the basement.

What do you mean "a lot"? CC/BW is full of families, and WFH parents. 1 bdrm for parents. 1 bdrm each for 2-3 kids. 1 bdrm for a home office. 1 bdrm for guests. There's your 6 bedrooms, in full use.

According to redfin, only seven sales in Barnaby Woods over the past three years featured 6+ bedrooms. So yeah, that's "a lot" for the neighborhood.

6624 and 6608 both sold within the past 18 months.

That feels like chance. Neither of those homes had turned over in several decades.
