I am hoping those in acting roles will interview for the jobs if they are doing well. I also hope they get the support from the directors but central office is such a mess right now I imagine they are trying to keep their heads above water as they cover for those who are on leave. The July appointments and the start of the 24/25 school year should be interesting. We will need Steve Kornacki and his white board to map it out for us.
Can you list the high schools please?

This. Teachers should be paid significantly more than admins. Then things would start to change.
This is hilarious. Admin don’t even have duty hours in their contract because the expectation is they are working way beyond 40 hours a week.
The first time a teacher was told now you have to stay past your contractual 2:45/3:15 duty day because you now get admin pay, there would be a riot.

Yea this isn’t true and a myopic view of Administration (or management generally).
Know how everyone now knows you’re admin. Or worse… not in education at all but pretend to be. Goodbye!
And yet others have agreed that it wasn’t a true statement. See how everyone knows you’ve never been in management.
lol DP… literally no one agreed with you. You’re definitely admin and probably terrible at your job, hence the defensive stance. Seek some help.
