No on TikTok and go on FB and IG about once a month for 30 min each. It is incredibly freeing and I don’t mind not being in the “know” - too busy living my own life!

Nope, not gonna do it. I only joined Insta to follow the colleges we were investigating for our teen. That is addictive enough.

And I’ll add that often something I see on TikTok finds its way to Instagram, then YouTube, etc. I’ve even seen an article in my Google News feed about something that happened on TikTok months ago that is presented as new. It’s always that way with the biggest new social platform. This is just the first time I’m seeing it first. I’m usually behind everyone else.

Yes, I am.

Mine quit social media in 11th grade - about half way through - during Covid. She hasn't looked back.

Anyone actually join after holding out and have thoughts and feedback about your experience? I wonder if it is inevitable that we will all be on TikTok at some point anyway.

TikTok is the biggest of social media cancers and it also at the same time a Chinese Psy-op so yeah it's a no. I also look down on anybody using it.

My TV came with TikTok already installed. I can watch w/out signing in or creating an actual account.
