Unless he’s the child of the most major donor at the entire school, the child of a very important teacher, or the only URM at the entire school, I can’t imagine what factors would allow this to keep happening. This would be grounds for leaving mid-year if I were a teacher.
I would leave too, and tell everyone why (including all of the parents).
Maybe if parents revolt then they can kick out the admin along with the kid, and keep the nurse and teachers.

All I can say is that if a kid in one of my kids’ classes was pooping in the classroom then I’d be demanding they be removed permanently from the class. Obviously the school doesn’t care so go over their heads.

I like the idea of febreeze. We can do that. We have air fresheners (several) going all day, but febreeze might also help. Also we are not allowed to call parents when he gets hostile. We do call admin and social worker frequently. We're mostly looking for ways to deal with the odor. It's a bad situation at a very pricey private.
What? How old is he? I was thinking elementary but is this maybe a Pre-K class?

Our school is a 3s preschool-8th grade. Some preschoolers have accidents and if it’s not a simple urine accident, the child has to go to the school office until an adult can pick them up. Children have been counseled out when the situation was ongoing. I’m surprised that your school is allowing the child to return to the classroom and that they aren’t taking swifter action. It’s a sad situation.

Don't you have a school nurse? They should be on top of this. And, yes, your admin. should be talking to the parents and putting into place the equivalent of a 504
Many private schools don’t employ full time school nurses. In fact, most public schools don’t either. Our district has one nurse that covers several schools (mainly via paperwork).
