I tried other things like trips to certain stores but too depressing because it feels impossible to lose anything, and then I return to comforting myself with food.

185 -- start
180 -- new Jo Malone perfume
175 -- hike in SNP with dogs and DH
170 -- reflexology foot massage
165 -- new Onitsuka Tigers
160 -- weekend at Williamsburg Inn
155 -- shopping trip to Georgetown
150 -- GOAL Cartier watch
I typed it in a pretty font, put it up on the wall of my office, and at each little goal as it was reached I put a sticker next to it. It was very motivating to see the stickers add up.
This is such a great idea!!! I have been struggling to lose 8 pounds and this makes it feel like something I can envision!
Wow it’s funny how different people are. I hate everything about the idea of an adult using a sticker system!

I have been these weights and you need to book this trip now. You can do it at 240 and it will be great. I’m 5’10” so I know if you’re a lot shorter it may feel different.
Also, ask your doctor about semaglutide. It doesn’t work for everyone.
I'm 5'10" as well! I'm also on Saxenda. So far so good! I may discuss with my husband about booking it for next summer... Or I'll at least keep an eye out on how many spots are left lol. I absolutely LOVE Orca's and have been on half a dozen whale watching tours through out the West coast with zero success lol.
Okay you can definitely do a kayak trip at 240 then. Why wait?
