Upstairs - open unless in use.

Guest - cracked if empty, otherwise closed.

I do not like fully closed doors in our house if someone is not inside that room. If a door in our house is closed, it’s because a person is inside doing something that needs a closed door.

Closed! I am shocked by the many opens. Mine is in the center of the house, though, and anyone walking from room-to-room would see it.

I always leave the door open for a poop, otherwise that shit smell gets sealed in the room.

Downstairs powder room--closed, because the door opens into a hallway (and partially blocks hallway if open).

Upstairs ones are open unless in use.

Open. Mold grows in dark damp places with little ventilation. Also leave washing machine door open.

I always keep mine open. In fact, I have a magnetic door stop that keeps the door open (it used to close on it's own). We shut it while in use and then open it again.

Open mostly because my potty trained 2 year old can't work doors. We potty trained at like 18m with all the kids and it was too young to do things like open door knobs.

I also find the air to be stale. And I like that visitors stopped asking me where the bathroom is. Now they can see the open door and just go in there versus walking into my basement stairs or coat closet.

Ajar so that others know it's not in use, but also so that air flows through. A closed bathroom door when not in use just leads to stale air, which is not pleasant.
