DP. I like Honeypot brand liners. The one with essential oils was irritating to me, however. I prefer the unscented version.

Wear panty liners or even pads and change frequently.

Aquaphor, which I also use as a diaper cream for my youngest.

coconut oil is soothing and antifungal

sitz bath with epsom salt % baking soda

wash towels and bedding in hot water

cotton unscented pads to keep dry during day or nightgown for airing at night
