We do tamales and enchiladas with tres leches cake on Christmas Eve. Christmas Day we are doing biscuits and gravy, chocolate crepes and eggnog French toast for brunch and then broccoli cheddar soup in bread bowls with gingerbread for dessert.

A local butcher to me, it was $75 for 2 lbs.

We are having ham, so can’t help you. Turkey is the alternative for us. I’d actually prefer turkey but my mom likes ham, so ham it is.
